Comments:
This week was about Lord Shiva. Since we were celebrating Mahashivratri we chose our theme to be that. We began our class with usual stretches and began our shlokas. We are reviewing all the shlokas that we learnt week after week. Then we moved on to our bhajans which is our favorite activity of the day. We sang all the bhajans related to Lord Shiva and covered all the members in the family. So who all are there in the family, can you tell us next week?
During the story time we talked about the hunter and how he worshipped Lord Shiva the whole night. It is not who we are and what we do, it is with what devotion we undertake the job of worshipping the Lord. In keeping with this theme we chanted Om Namah Shivaya several times. For the craft we made a really fun Dhamaru, maybe we can use it for our bhajans next week. Thank you Sangeetha Aunty for the wonderful craft.
We practised again the fifth shloka in Geetha chanting and we are really doing great learning all the shlokas.

Questions for this week?
- What was the hunter doing in the night?
- What was underneath the tree?
- Who is the God we are talking about in the new bhajan?
- Which Entrance should we use to Enter and Exit?
Look out for more fun crafts in the future. Also special thanks to kids and parents for bringing a tasty snack. We also gave our ‘धन्यवाद’ in Sanskrit.
