Comments: We had a wonderful year end picnic today! The weather cooperated by being just right. We took the class outdoors and had loads of fun! We had a few grandparents visiting our class. We started with the 3 OMs and then went out doors to the picnic area and did our Yoga stretches. After Yoga we said our shlokas and sang bhajans. Then Sri AlukaH came to visit us and we fixed his eyes, nose, ears, mouth, hands and legs and he hugged all the kids to thank them for it. Then he got really tired and had to go back to sleep. After this the children did their favorite shiraH skandau song and went as fast as they could! It was then time for a quick Mama NAma game and before we knew it, it was time for lunch. So the kids did a quick round of colors in Sanskrit game while the parents set up for lunch. Thanks to all the enthusiastic parents/grandparents we had a delicious feast with a variety of yummy food! Then it was time for goodbyes! Congratulations to all the toddlers who will be moving up to Pre-K in September! We will miss you! It has been a memorable year and loads of fun working with such amazing kids! Have a Happy Summer!
